Mission:
Our mission is to elevate the level of expertise of Ukrainian specialists in surgical hair restoration to international standards by providing access to advanced techniques, clinical experience, and structured education within Ukraine.
Values and Objectives:
- IHRS Knowledge Base — a structured, continuously updated informational platform in the field of surgical hair restoration.
- Scientific relevance and evidence-based practice. We provide access to current international clinical practices, research, and technologies.

From founder
I have been practicing hair transplantation for more than 12 years and understand the challenges faced by early-career specialists.
Accessing contemporary techniques and advanced methodologies in hair restoration without traveling abroad has historically been limited in Ukraine.
For this reason, I established IHRS to consolidate international expertise within a single professional platform — the Institute of Hair Restoration Surgery.

History and Development
2017
Integration into the International Community
First membership obtained within ISHRS, the leading global organization in hair restoration surgery. This marked the beginning of Ukraine’s integration into the international professional community.
2019
Concept of the Institute
Following participation in international conferences, the concept of establishing a professional institute for surgical hair restoration in Ukraine was developed. At that time, no structured national educational platform existed
2020
Development of Educational Framework
Creation of a structured methodological base in trichology, including clinical protocols, educational curricula, and analytical materials. Membership obtained in the World FUE Institute
2021
First International Workshop
IHRS organized its first educational workshop with international faculty, introducing a hands-on format aligned with international standards
2022
Launch of Hair Transplant Training Programs
Comprehensive training programs were introduced for surgeons and clinical teams, including assistant preparation
2023
First Online Course
Expansion into дистанційне навчання with the launch of the Institute’s first online course, providing access to foundational education regardless of geographic location
2024
Second IHRS Workshop
A large-scale workshop was conducted with participation of international experts from the United States and Europe
2025
Workshop and First Scientific Congress
Organization of an additional workshop and the first scientific congress, HairPoint, dedicated to trichology, rehabilitation, and hair transplantation in Ukraine
2026
Fourth IHRS Workshop
Continuation of the Institute’s educational mission through the organization of the fourth practical workshop, further strengthening IHRS as a leading educational center for surgical hair restoration in Ukraine
